This Week's Meal Plan

A few items that we tried ages ago...
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes-Absolutely delicious!  I  could eat these every.single.night.  I will definitely make these over again, but not on a regular basis as they aren't the healthiest choice!
Mojo Pork Tenderloin-This tasted to familiar to me.  It was good, but nothing new or special. 
Chicken Gyros-Definitely a do-over.  This taziki sauce is wonderful, and the chicken was super moist.
DIY Pita Bread-A good start but needs some tweaking.  I will add more salt next time as they tasted a bit bland.  I will also let them rise on the pan as they were difficult to get off of the floured counter, and I will only bake them for half the time next time as I like a more mouldable pita.
Drunken Pork Chops-Loved by both Ryan and I, and super easy to boot.  Definitely worth the booze.
