Meal Plan-Pinterest Style

One of my goals for my maternity leave is to experiment with some new recipes.
Although I love to cook, working full time has placed creativity on the back-burner, and cooking has been something that I have been doing more out of necessity than desire. I have found myself in a recipe rut, rotating the same boring recipes over and over again on a cycle.
I know that I am not alone, as my sister emailed me a while back looking for some recipes to get her out of her rut as well.
Enter Pinterest.  You may recall that I originally wasn't a fan, but that has changed.  I love that I can browse the "Food and Drink" board without the vaguest idea of what I would like to find, and come up with some inspiration.
I have been frantically pinning recipes to try, and this week, I am actually going to dive in.  My goal is to find enough recipes that I love during my maternity leave that I can formulate a one month cycle menu for when I go back to work.

Cheesy Wild Rice Casserole
Ranch Turkey Burger

Restaurant Style Beef & Broccoli
Chicken Ranch Tacos

Slow Cooker Jambalaya
